1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections at www.a5dl5.com, select the home décor items you love, choose any available options (size, colour, finish), and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart, review your selections, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping address and payment details before confirming your purchase.


2. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers.


3. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

  • Change Address or Items: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@a5dl5.com or +44 7494 052586. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters processing.

  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of placement. After that window, cancellation or modification requests may incur a £5 handling fee.


4. How much does shipping cost and how long will delivery take?

  • United Kingdom: £5.99 (free on orders over £50) — 2–4 business days

  • European Union: £14.99 — 2–11 business days

  • Rest of World: £23.99 — 3–17 business days
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Delivery estimates exclude processing time (1–2 business days).


5. What if my item arrives damaged or is missing?

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing, email photos and your order number to info@a5dl5.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. How do I return or exchange a product?

  • Timeframe: Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery (extended to January 15 for holiday orders).

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and protective inserts.

  • Process: Request a Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing info@a5dl5.com or calling +44 7494 052586. Ship your item to our Returns Department with the RA clearly marked inside and outside the package. Return postage fees apply as per our Return Policy.


7. Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

Yes! For bulk orders or trade enquiries, please contact our partnerships team at partners@a5dl5.com with details of the products and quantities you’re interested in. Allow up to 2 business days for a customised quote.


8. Can I request a custom or personalised item?

We occasionally accept bespoke requests, such as custom finishes or monogramming, depending on the product. Email your specifications, desired quantity, and target delivery date to info@a5dl5.com. Custom orders may require an extended lead time and are non-returnable.


9. How should I care for my home décor pieces?

Our decorative items are crafted from various materials—ceramic, metal, wood, and glass. To preserve their beauty:

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

  • Protect wooden pieces from prolonged moisture by using coasters or felt pads.

10. I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password,” enter the email associated with your AURANYX account, and follow the instructions in the reset email. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or reach out to info@a5dl5.com for assistance.
